Yes, I personally have visited many Islamic websites, consulted many books on Islam by both Muslims, non-Muslims and apostates of Islam. Similarly, I have taken part in much dialogue with Muslims including scholars of Islam, scholars of middle eastern studies and Islamic religious leaders.
I am also a regular on forums set up by Muslim councils regarding interfaith dialogues. Similarly, I am coauthoring a book peer mentored by an Islamic professor.
This blog is run by a number of people all of varying degree and they are well informed about much of Islam.
If you have no intent to debate an issue it shows that it is you who is closed minded and biased.

What has the reference of Islam’s growth have to do with anything? There are more new Christians every day/year than there are Muslims every day/year so by your logic even though Islam is growing more powerful, Christianity is growing even more powerfully and thus making Islam even weaker in comparison.

The number of converts to Islam from other religions has grown manifold ever since 9/11 as you Islamophobes started spreading falshoods relating to Islam, which only encouraged people to study Islam with an open-mind and convert to it .

It is evident that you are unaware of how statistics work. By percentage %, smaller religions outgrow Islam. It is statistically impossible for Islam to outgrow smaller religions by a % unless Islam was attracting around 6 billion more people a year (i.e. more Muslims than the population). An example of this is that Sikhism shares an almost similar % growth rate with Islam, however, even if Sikhism surpasses Islam by growth in % there will still be more converts to Islam as Islam has a higher gross number of persons.
And my second point remains the same – Islam is not the fastest growing religion by converts or raw numbers. Notice none of your references state that point. Christianity grows at almost twice the amount of converts per year as Islam as it is a larger religion. Similarly, the growth of pentecostalism in America enjoys a growth rate surpassing that of Islam, especially by converts from other religions. And Protestantism, though heavily policed, in Vietnam enjoys a 600% growth rate. See the difference percentage statistics make when compared to raw persons?
I invite you to research statistics and the use of percentage as a measurement for growth.
And please note that by calling this website ‘Islamophobic’ and other derogatory terms implies that you agree with the injustices committed in the name of Islam such as the attacks condemned, the oppression condemned and much more.

Again you do not understand statistics.
I will give you a hint using your sources to prove that Islam is not the fast growing religion by raw numbers. (Notice none of your sources made that claim).
Times the growth rate by the number of adherents for both Christianity and Islam:
Islam: 1.3*0.0184 = 0.02392
Christianity: 2.2 * 0.0138 = 0.03036
0.03036 > 0.02392
i.e. There are more new Christians every day/week/month/year than new Muslims.
Do you understand now? Your own sources proved you wrong, my friend.
And if you actually read those resources you would notice that the reason for the increases. (Note, this contradicts your claim as well.) –
*Christianity: High birthrates and CONVERSIONS in the global South
*Islam: High birthrates in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe
So unlike Islam which gains adherents through high birthrates, Christianity gains numbers from converts.
In terms of conversions, it is probably Pentecostal Christianity that is winning. In 2000 there were 115 million Pentecostals and by 2005 there were just under 600 million. That was a 490% increase in 5 years, most due to conversions.
In summary:
1. In terms of raw numbers, Christianity is growing much faster than Islam (as your own sources prove, contrary to your claims).
2. The increase in Muslims is due to higher birthrates, whereas Christianity attracts converts (again conflicting your claim and proven by your own sources). Note, the reason for the increase in the West is due to immigration, not conversions as you claim
3. The fastest growing religion on a worldwide scale in my opinion, as per the statistics and other authors most probably belongs to Pentecostalism and not Islam. However, Pentecostalism is classified under Christianity in the sources you provided.
I believe you have been unequivocally proven wrong.

You seem to have a good heart, you guys are trying to do something good, which is point out that muslims aren’t bad people, and to keep lies from spreading, however, I believe you make false claims. unfortunately, I am not a muslim scholar, nor do I have enough knowledge and understanding of the Quran to point out direct errors in your claims, however, I urge you to provide evidence of the claims you made in your “about” page.

This is in relation to numerous claims made throughout the Qur’an. One such example is in Sura 2:228 where Muhammad claims that women have similar rights to men, but men are a degree above them. Sura 4:24 and 33:52 where men are allowed to take sex slaves to satisfy their needs without consideration of a womans rights. It also makes reference to Muhammad’s claim that unlike men, women are inherently inferior in intelligence and religion than men. (Hadith Bukhari 6:301), “‘Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?’ They replied in the affirmative. He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence.'” etc.
There is much evidence of this claim that I haven’t listed. Just as there is plenty of evidence supporting the other claims that I will respond to once time permits.

Your source agrees with the practice of men being able to take women as sex slaves. I really do not hope that this is some sort of deception in attempting to discredit the claim as it agrees with it.

On a side note, I would ask you to yourself refrain from using answering-Christianity.org as a reference site.
The authors of that website have been caught out many times making fake claims in the name of propagating Islam.
One notable event was when they claimed that there were 360 joins in the human body and used fake sources in order to prove a hadith. This was in fact false.
Another event was proof that the first man was 60 cubits tall, as per another hadith. In this claim the author invented a FAKE scientific article for a FAKE scientific journal between two FAKE scientific and religious experts.
So any rational person would not use such a site for any proof as itself is fallacious.

unfortunately, statistics tell only part of the story.
There are more than a few people in Islamic countries who would leave the religion or perhaps convert to another, e.g. Bahai in Iran, who dare not because of the consequences for themselves and their families. To be an “apostate” in Islam is to bring upon yourself deadly consequences.
Better to keep your mind numb and your mouth shut and go with the flow. Don’t ask questions and don’t rock the boat.
The moderates certainly won’t defend you when the radicals come to your home to slit your throat for abandoning your birth religion.
